We have a massive issue that is going on inside of destiny , Eververse! But its not the the sense of oh man why do we have to buy said item etc, but that fact that the vendor is almost the only one that has gotten a refresh within the past year. Its pretty awesome that we get new Seasonal NPC's to talk to and get gear from that , love the black armory set, Dreambane gear but the issue is that we dont have any Factions rally resets nor can we even access those armor pieces and or weapons for that fact witch would add some new and awesome things to grind for. What we do have it the same old vendor gear we have had since the launch of destiny for vanguard and crucible , we have had the same weapons for Iron banner for that past year . Why would you want to play an activity when you already have everything from it / had everything from it for months now. We have more emphasis on new ghost shells, sparrows, emotes. All of these things are cool and we appreciate them but not when that is what we are getting instead of some awesome vendor armor and weapon refreshes . I know i dont speak alone when i say we all want more emphasis of gear and not Eververse stock. The game becoming free to play was a pretty awesome move and it now allows alot more guardians to get into the universe of destiny but unfortunately we the guardians that have been here for years have to deal with the same vendor gear every season. We used to have factions in d1 and the way that they had acted was amazing , we would get refreshes with almost every major expansion or so on the guns and armor. Granted by the end of D1 you could see that they began to give up on vendors and thats why they got rid of factions in D2 and introduced faction rally's but even those are gone and have been gone for over a year now..... over a year. The armor we used to get in D1 was sweet looking, raid gear was some of the best looking gear if not the best looking gear in D1 and its still better then any of the armor in D2 but eververse has some pretty sweet things.... thats a problem. Not forgotten, Lunas howl, Revoker, Recluse, Mountain top, Hush, Wendigo. We have all of these pinnacle weapons and what made them awesome is the perks no other guns could get ! I loved this idea, but then we nerfed not forgotten and luna, yet we kept recluse.... reason being not forgotten was a grind to get and the best players got it witch was well deserved. But when people were getting frustrated by getting killed by these weapons more then anything else everyone cried for a nerf! They were nerfed into the ground imo. Recluse runs rampant..... and i mean rampant that is still the only smg you will see in pvp and i doubt its gonna get nerfed because it was so accessible for everyone to get. Now we dont even get Pinnacle Weapons, instead we get curated guns that are ok at the best. Instead of getting rid of things, witch is what seems to be the common trend from bungie recently we need to grant more accessibility to the things that players are complaining about. EVRYONE played the menagerie when it came out because of the amount of loot you could get in one run, but then they took that away. We have Collections for a reason, or at least i thought we did when they spoke about it at the launch of D2 but now its just useless its so frustrating that we can just pull what ever we want out even if its a shitty vendor roll no one cares its the fact that we WANTS TO PLAY HOW WE WANT AND LOOK HOW WE WANT. Bungie, please give us back vendor refreshes , please give us back factions, and for godsake please stop investing your time into eververse and ignoring the bigger picture of your game LOOT not emotes!
