For the love of freaking GOD, when I press Circle or B after crucible or any other activity when we are in orbit . That means I want to back out...

I don't think this is so much a game thing as it is a wireless controller thing. I have it happen to me on more than just D2. had it happen yesterday on Titanfall 2 trying to get my PC to slide. In D2 I have had it happen a few times trying to do this trying to summon my sparrow, and then in you're described situation. I think it has something to do with the inferred signal just having inconsistencies where it might be longer or a short wave at a given point the signal will not be so randomly. If you're running wifi instead of an hardwired connect there might be occasional little interruptions that cause it to.
