A quick heads up, I can't stand it when there is a symbol of something I've done or collected and not either the rewards claimed or atleast like hovered over with the mouse. So in the Triumph section there is the mark of something done, I click on it, the mark is on Destinations, go to that, go to Minor and what do I see? Not a single thing to claim, but only the little star above the Minor thing that's mocking me and making me anxious. I don't know how to fix it, neither did restarting help nor did tracking and un-tracking each triumph.
