PC migration questions

So I know we have been struggling with the PC move for some time now(11 days). I have done almost everything I can to get it to work up into including buying the game again after refund(bought it today to see if it would work using links form the bungie website). And to no surprise it did nothing. I moved everything over in time(the day they came out with the moving process) and have all licenses. I made the PC move back in May of this year to get better performance and still have my PS4 account. My cross save will not work even when I bought the game again after refund but it worked before the move to steam. My question is what am I doing wrong? I complied with every instruction to the T and still nothing. Here are the links to receipts, proof that I own my copys and the issue that I am having.   • When I view your profile, I see a linked account for Steam, with three characters, and the most recent game history is from August 17th on your Titan. That would indicate that your Battle.net data has been successfully moved, to the Steam account you had linked during the PC Move setup. You also mentioned cross-save, and your PS4 account. Do you currently have cross-save activated, with your PS4 account selected as the active data? If you activated cross-save before the move to Steam, using your Bnet account, were you able to access your characters properly when playing via Bnet? You also mentioned having refunded your Shadowkeep purchase, and then buying it again. I’m assuming that was on Steam. What exactly was the problem, that you felt the need to refund and re-buy? Was the expansion not playable, or were you missing the season pass? I’m trying to get up to speed on what is, or is not, occurring with your situation, so I can try to offer assistance.
