Hey team, I just read the TWAB and found a change that you're making to Iron Banner that I'd like to ask you to reconsider: [quote]There is a new Seasonal pursuit, which must be completed prior to being able to turn in tokens to purchase packages from Lord Saladin[/quote] Why are you locking tokens behind a quest players might not want to go through? This change makes it so people who just want to farm for weapons in Iron Banner, have to dilute their loot pool with armor they might not necessarily want. Last season was the best one to play Iron Banner because players could choose if they wanted to farm for weapons or everything. Removing this restriction from the quest line would allow everyone to go for whatever they want to. Want armor set? Go through the quest. Just want to farm weapons? Just play, complete bounties and deliver tokens. And since Bungie seems to be all about letting use play as we like to, I don't understand the thought process behind this decision, when you had a superior method last season. Also, are there any plans to add bounties to Iron Banner that allows us to farm for specific weapons and armor rolls in a meaningful manner? At this point, it is well know that this is our preferred way to farm for anything, and a far superior method to what IB has right now. Allowing us to farm for rolls would give us some purpose and meaningful grind in IB. Instead of just playing in hopes for something that might not even drop because the loot pool is so deep.
