1. Character menu will only allow me to dismantle or equip one item and will not let me do anything after that, then forces me to exit and repeat. 2. Can no longer put up rally flag for menagerie, reckoning, or raids. No prompt will display. This is making my time playing destiny frustrating, particularly due to the length of time it takes to change loadouts.
