We are using the same rules as last time. [i]For this year's election. [b]All the candidates who are nominated have to accept their nomination by putting up a post on the #offtopicelection tag. In order for them to be eligible, they have to get five bumps, one of those bumps can be their own. Those Bumps have to be unique, for example. If user A bumps user B, user A cannot bump user C.[/b] You are not required to vote for the candidate you nominate/bump The nominations will go pretty much like the last time. Give us their username and a link to their user page or their unique ID.
