Problems with lost Silver and no Shadowkeep-Bonus
Hello, Bungie,
Yesterday I linked the Steam Account as described.
Now I am missing 300 silver on my account, which I noticed only today. I also ordered the Pre-Order Shadowkeep Deluxe Edition on Steam, as described.
This raises some questions for me:
How do I get access to Shadowkeep now?
Can I get the 300 silver back?
How do I get the bonus items?
On request, I can send you the Steam transaction number.

Shadowkeep content is not available for play until October 1st. You cannot get access to it now. For Silver, please fill out the form directed to with the button at the bottom of this article: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13657 . Pre-order bonuses for Shadowkeep will be available when Shadowkeep launches.
