Not receiving bright dust from dismantles

I've started going through my vault and clearing it out, specifically eververse items to get bright dust while it still comes from dismantles. However, I've had multiple random pieces dismantle but not give any bright dust. There wasn't any pattern as to being from a particular season (new or old). There wasn't any pattern to being a particular item or armor slot, nor a particular class. Just every few items they would not give any dust, my total bright dust count never went up, it wasn't a delayed thing where it would update a few seconds or even minutes later. I even tried going to orbit, reloading tower, etc. to see if the usual things to "force" an account update didn't change anything either. I'm already missing out on several hundred or even thousand of bright dust that I should have gotten from dismantles.

You may want to perform a [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46501]scan and repair[/url] in the Battle.net app to see if that may help with your issue for future items. If that doesn't work, delete the following local cache/settings directories found in Windows Explorer: [quote][b]%APPDATA%\Bungie\DestinyPC[/b] [i]*WARNING* Deleting these will cause you to lose persisted settings, such as logged in users, keybinds and graphics settings in Destiny 2.[/i][/quote]
