Completely disagree. A bow is arguably better than a scout and the only thing that can beat it easily the cheap meta (hammerhead,jötuun truth, and and sniper) or a super. The problem is people don't know what constitutes as a God roll on a bow because they aren't represented at all. Le monarch and wish ender are still very powerful but nobody uses them because of preference which is not wrong and misinformation which is is wrong. The problem with gambit and it always will be is that people don't turn in their motes and don't actively hunt the invader as a team. A bow can be paired with a special weapon and be fine but another primary than we have a problem.

I haven’t gone for hush but I think I will this week with it being the last pinnacle weapon I don’t have. I expect it to be as trash as bow players in gambit are but hey this is what Bungie wanted.

Actually, the bow isn’t bad once you get how to hipfire. It’s as effective as a handcannon but better range. It’s the draw time + aim in ADS that slows it down. Don’t have hush yet, but I hear that hipfire is where it shines.
