Cross Save Help
Ok so im trying to sort out cross save but having serious difficulties. It wants me to authenticate my accounts, I have Xbox, PSN, Steam and Bliz linked. I can authenticate all of these except the PSN account (which has no linked characters) because I no longer have access to the PSN account after leaving PSN years ago. Sony support is next to useless as they want the card details i used 4 years ago (who has those), serial number of the console I set up my account on (12 years ago) or a transaction receipt via the email I have no access to. SO because I cant provide these details they dont believe im me so wont reset my login for me. From this I also cant unlink the PSN account from bungie (with no characters) because it requires you to log in to unlink. So does this mean because of sonys stupid security questions being impossible to answer and bungie not letting me remove a character- less account that I cannot use cross save?

Bungie is unable to unlink accounts from profiles, only the account owner can do that. If you are unable to recover the login credentials then you only have two choices. 1. Not ever use cross save on this Bungie profile or 2. Unlink all your other accounts from this profile, log out of bungie.net and then select the join up link and create a new profile. Keep in mind picking #2 will reset your time on bungie.net to 0 and any store or donation emblems you redeemed on the other profile will be unavailable on the new profile.
