There is all kinds of bugs in this game. In gambit monsters stop spawning, invasion portals run back to back continuously. In strikes, the little worms get 'lost' and the knights don't respawn, boss mechanics break (vex/headless), key monsters never spawn for advancement, get locked out of moving forward because the game seems to lose track of characters in game and keeps the wall up as if you aren't there. In the corrupted, if you die at the last boss, the game will sometimes respawn you all the way back at the drop down point (long drop into portal) and kill you for being too far back in game. Rinse repeat. In the wizard strike (mars-cant' remember name) where you throw balls at crystals and shoot wizard 3 times...if you die, you can get spawned on the other side of the invisible wall at the entrance to the area. You don't die, but you can't help your team members either. All of the bugs happen at much higher frequency in nightfalls, likely due to the bug filled modifiers applied and Bungie's inability to actually fix anything...e.g. re-spawns....as failure in one area causes cascade failures in others. E.G. Strike where everyone dies you return to orbit...fight end boss and you end up re-spawning (not revived) - game places you outside area and alive. You watch your other 2 characters die later on but you are alive and locked out of area so everyone gets pushed to orbit. NOTE: happens on PS4 Pro and Xbox X
