Character Boost
I got forsaken on my PS4 and boosted my titan, but since cross-save is out now, I decided to buy forsaken again but for the PC. Should I have gotten another boost or would the boost go onto my PC characters and not the cross-saved characters?

No, the boost is once per account. You could buy Forsake 20 times and you only get the one boost to use.
