Regarding Luna's howl and not forgotten
I reckon Luna's and not forgotten should be banned at lower ranks cus it's hard to play against a 4 stack of sweats or people going for not forgotten

Both are just good hand cannons after the nerf, if a 4 stack beats you with that they would've beat you regardless just fyi .

Yes, penalize people who got the weapon because you're not as good as them! If the people you mentioned were to use any other gun, you'll still would be stomped.
