Lagging like mad, low bar in A LOT of activities
Pretty much the title, I've tried literally everything from DNS server changes to port forwarding and I'm still lagging, even in landing zones on Nessus! I tried running an ethernet connection but its physically impossible due to the structure of the house (hard flooring and thick walls). I di have powerline adapters and they worked amazing with a prior ISP, but now they are gos awful with our current ISP.
I'm currently on 2.4GHz WiFi and after running tests for a separate game with lag, packet loss is not occurring between myself and the router. I dont know if I should go back to the powerline adapters or keep using WiFi, either way I dont know what to do or if it's an ISP issue (1.0mbps upload speed dropped to 0.7mbps and if someone downloads something, the entire internet just stops responding and takes forever to load web pages or respond to anything).

1 RespuestaDestiny requires a minimum of 1mbps up and down and it has to maintain that speed at all times. Usually households have various other devices and people on the network that will result in individual devices not getting access to the full up/down speed. So your main problem is your current internet speed is right at the minimum which means you probably frequently are getting less than the minimum speeds required by Destiny. The only fix for that is to upgrade your Internet plan to something that provides higher speeds. And as you know, wifi is not a suggested connection type due to how easily wifi signals can be disrupted resulting in packet loss.

5 RespuestasIf you’re only getting 1mbps or less, you have absoloutely no room for any data besides Destiny while playing, as Destiny uses 1mbps at all times.
