Forums is the only way to contact Bungie. As far as your points, Bungie won't do anything about the lost points.

So if I get a restriction from my network that either bans me or doesn't allow me to play Competitive there is no way to change that?

Nope. When Bungie issues a restriction or a ban there are no appeals

Thank you for answering. I can't believe after all the time and money that some players spend on this game and something like a network issue that can't be helped destroys all that progress they aren't even willing to listen or help you with it. Now I'm scared that I'm going to get restricted from competitive and there is no chance to change that. I know that the game has improved so much but this is really disappointing.

I mean that IS your problem. You have a network issue obviously and chose to play. You disconnected hurting your teammates. All this is on you man.

I had been playing for about an hour without any problem. Won three games straight. Then my network, which I have no control over, stops work on my Ps4. All my other devices work fine so I reset my network on my Ps4. It started working fine again so I hopped into another game and the same thing happens. This time I reset my router and waited, made sure is worked on other games and other devices and hopped into another game then it goes out. I don't want this to happen I realize that I'm hurting other people and I hate that but I've tried to fix it. I just wish there is some way to contact Bungie about this.

There isn’t your network is your issue and there is a lot that can be done for this. As for the other objects that still connect fine that’s because destiny uses a specific style of connection to play and bungie has repeatedly warned players about this.

I have tried to fix it. Usually, my networks work perfectly, I have no idea why it stops working. If I knew why I wouldn't have this problem.

Download Upload Ping Latency Packet loss Nat type Are you wired or wireless Just some things that can affect your connection. Have you talked to your isp and had them test your connection?
