most likely a connection issue. the reason you do not see it in other parts of the game is due to less connections being needed for them. PVP requires 8-12 connections versus 4 for most pve. What are your connection specs? Tested upload and download speeds, packet loss, etc?

That was my assumption. Just figured posting here was the best course of action. As for my connections I went about as far as to check my upload and download. Both were acceptable speeds( Above 500). No clue what the pack loss or anything that deep looked like.
