So I’m trying to log on to play, update was installed, partner was playing just fine. They log off and I log on and I’m getting the message that I can’t connect to destiny servers. Went to twitter to see if there ate any posts about it and there was one saying to report any issues here. I’ve checked my internet connection, did a test on the system, did a hard restart, double checked that the update was installed (even tho my partner was playing not even 15 minutes ago) and have tried a couple more times to log on. I’ve also checked the PlayStation network server status and it states all servers are up and running.
Hi. Are you still having issues? The "Server Unavailable" error indicates that there is a connection issue of some kind happening between you and Destiny 2. This may be an internet service provider issue. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
1. A wired connection is recommended to play Destiny, and if your connection is being used for other things when playing the game, such as streaming, it's recommended to quit those programs.
