This is the second time now that I've done a "Collect and Conquer" bounty and been given an Outlawed Collector Mask. I'm using Powerful Motes, I'm receiving Notorious Collector pieces from successful Tier 3 Reckoning runs, but not getting Notorious masks. This is locking me out of completing the time limited triumph for finishing a match of Prime wearing a Notorious set. Somebody please fix this or help me figure it out, because at this rate I'll be cancelling me Shadowkeep pre-order.
