Hi, I apologize but I wanted to reply again because I realize I might have been unclear. I had already completed the bad juju mission once and gotten the bad juju but I did not have the quest in my pursuits. Now I cannot complete the final part of the quest on any of my characters because I cannot interact with the bad juju tribute. I understand the reward was obtained so it doesn't substantially matter but I wanted to bring the bug to bungie's attention. Thank you again for your time.

Thanks for your reply! I was able to interact with the tribute on my first playthrough of the mission to get my bad juju. On a subsequent playthrough with the quest in my pursuits, I was not able to interact with the tribute after completion. After a while, I am able to interact with it to restart the mission.
