My friend has purchased destiny 2 the complete collection 1 day ago but he cant play it. Everytime he tries to log in a character it says: Attention. You have lost connection to the Destiny 2 servers. Your permissions to acces online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere. Could you please help me to help my friend cause we have tried everything to fix this but it just wont please Bungie or someone else help us please. The console is ps4 by the way.
