Hittin’ the gym [i]would recommend,[/i] and I want to switch up my routine.
I usually do military press, seated arnold press, some chin-ups if I’m feeling frisky, and then pushups. Maybe throw in some curls at the end.
Any recommendations?

[quote]Maybe throw in some curls at the end. [/quote] If you’re wanting buff looking biceps don’t forget to concentrate on tricep exercises. Most people that are often focus WAY too much on bicep exercises alone. Remember the triceps are very important of wanting to develop “guns”.

Push ups and pull ups. Like a million.

Don’t forget to work the legs. Had some classmates in high school that looked totally ridiculous, all buffed up on the upper body with really skinny legs.

theres this one cool exercise I do where I lay down on one of those seat things and hold a bar with weights on the end over my chest. Then I move the bar up and down.
