I know this isnt help, but it deals with the help section. Bngsecurity has stepped up to answer ban posts even though its not required and not their policy. It helps us that try to help these banned players get an understanding as to what happened. Bans are never good, but the explanation helps everyone.. I think with so much negativity going around, we could atleast lend them a thanks👍

7 RespuestasHonestly I feel this is something Bungie should have done from the beginning. If someone doesn't know the cause of the ban then they can't understand it or try to argue it. This whole we ban without telling people and will not discuss it for any reason (unless they're a huge influencer type) is a horrid business decision.
