Cant log in D2 ps4 day#8
Hi.... since i have receive no news and no help from my last post i will wright to you again. As said in title i can't log in destiny 2 for over a week now. When i enter game it goes directly to white loading screen and stays there for ever ot never reaches char select screen. I have already power cycled everything multiple times and cleared chach multiple times also. I think i have the right to respect and at least a response. And from now on i will wright to you everyday until i get a response. Tks

1 RespuestaHey there, guilligane. Appreciate you report. What region are you located in? What brand is your router/modem? Do you use a wired or WiFi connection? Would you happen to have another console that you could attempt to test? Would it be possible for you to take your console to another location and use that location's internet to attempt to connect?
