If you are trying to win, why are you playing solo? A personal acheivement? You put yourself in a big disadvantage, no communication, no team work, you don't know if everyone on your team wants to win, potentially bad players, and random matchmaking issues.
When I want to win, I play in a team. You can communicate, make sure everyone has good guns, everyone wants to win and you can work as a team.
Many solo players have made it to Fabled. However, you need to be decently skilled and have lots of patience for random issues. If you don't have that, probably shouldn't try solo in a team based activity.

Good point but if I was with a team this post would be irrelevant. Just doesn’t seem like a good to way to set up matchmaking.

I know your pain. I got to 1744 glory in solo queue back in season 4. I even had a 10 win streak after 1200 glory. I had to find a team because I didn't want to lose progress so close to the finish line and only had 2 weeks to left before full reset. I feel like I am a fairly patient person. I enjoyed my journey in Season 4, that now I devote all my glory to people needing help in Comp. I've helped 13 people get to Fabled in Seasons 5,6 and 7. If you want tips, let me know.
