Yeah, I usually assume someone is DDoSing my connection for a minute so that your internet disconnects you from the match because they literally can't do it for over a day or else their computer fries itself. As for the respawns it could be slow connection or if you change your loadout while rounds change you'll get a delayed respawn. It could even be the latest patch because crucible has been breaking a bit with the recent update which makes it so that other people can't respawn in comp recently .
