Obviously they aren't coming back. Why not give them some weekly bounties so we can get those weapons, armor, and shaders again. I had several of them not show that I had acquired them in the collections and I'd love to be able to remedy that since I know I got them back when the events where around. (Most noticeably the dire promise) An easy enough idea to possibly incorporate. Especially since the factions are basically just taking up space in the tower.
