It seems Bungie will have more emphasis on Bright Dust as the currency in the Eververse than Silver. I'm sure there will still be Silver-exclusive items, but I wanted to pose this question. How would you react if Bungie presented a Vanity Pass?
-
Like an Annual Pass, you can pitch in a couple extra bucks to gain access to the Seasonal items within Eververse. Items like the Whisper ornaments, Iron Banner and Arc Week emotes, etc, all of these purchasable with ONLY Silver. They will all be accessible to you via Bright Engrams or direct sources in activities. This Season especially, the "Best of Year 1" Engrams don't offer much to veteran players.
Some items come into rotation for purchase with Bright Dust, but others never have or will. This could be the cost-efficient way to collect everything without buying them individually with Silver or waiting for them to come into rotation for Bright Dust, if they ever do.
They don't have to just be added to the loot pool of Bright Engrams, they can also be recieved like Exotic Catalysts.
Arc Week Emotes
• Get ability or Super kills with an Arc subclass, Guardian kills provide more progress/chances (PvP)
Mida Ornaments
• Get kills with Mida and/or Wins in PvP

You get the idea. Would you be open to a Vanity Pass now or later down the road as Eververse continues to be more consumer-friendly? If you are against this, why?
EDIT
If you say "get rid of Eververse and add everything as rewards in the game!". Well... they do that then expect Expansions, bundles, etc to be more expensive. At that point, what's the difference between that instance and the cost-efficient, optional idea that I present to you here? Just trying to discuss and get feedback from several fronts here. That feedback is not constructive nor welcomed.

Editado por olly5656: 7/1/2019 9:50:56 PMJesus Christ stop. What is wrong with you people it’s like you get off on seeing million if not billion dollar companies get even richer off your paycheck. Or daddy’s if you’re still a kid.
-
No. Do not give them ideas.
-
Looks to me like there's more there to be purchased with silver atm, if they've stated more emphasis will be placed on bright dust, (for worthy things) I'll believe it when I see it.
-
Sooo....a -blam!-ing battle pass? -blam!- no, but that's where this free 2 play bullshit is headed. I'm putting nothing pass bungie.
-
That sounds dope. That way, people who -blam!- and moan about Eververse don’t have to do anything with it outside of turning in their engrams!
-
Sounds like what we already have but with extra steps and probably more money spent. Pass.
-
Depends on pricing and whether I have to get everything before the season ends. If I pay money then those items should remain in the pool indefinitely until I have them all. Aside from that, I'm game.

Editado por ProjectRipTide: 6/26/2019 7:22:49 AMLike the idea there is a lot item's i want to have but can't cause can't buy with bright dust or it's only silver. But they come out with a Eververse pass for her I'll probably buy it
-
I'm more apt to support bungie now that I think I like where they're headed. Question is could they keep up with the demand if now people were actually paying for cosmetics? Tbh, I half expect we'll see a subscription model unveiled soon. So, my wallet is ready.
-
I've seen those DOA5 Season Passes and they're insane!
-
I'd be down for a Fortnite like battlepass. Pay like 8 bucks and level it up to unlock various cosmetics as you go. Would keep people playing for the skin at the end of the pass if it's cool enough. Purely cosmetic though. And if you're one of those remove eververse people, just move along. Cosmetics are fine and bungie is a business with the goal of making money. Nothing else to say.

I like the idea in the way you proposed it,
-
I'm not opposed to the idea. I probably wouldnt buy it though. I dont usually care about ornaments. I dont mind getting them for free with dust or before when they dropped from engrams.
-
Only if the all future expansions go free to play. What people are asking is for Destiny to implement free to play mechanics when it's not really free to play.
-
No. I don't care about cosmetics. Would rather have content.
-
The idea is cool. But for the love of all that’s holy don’t do it in the form of more bounties. “Get arc kills” for arc emotes, yeah it makes sense but it’s just another bounty and I’m being sick out of my own ears with bounties. I like the bright engram idea, but of course that’s leaving everything to RNG. Maybe multiple sources of RNG and you can’t receive any item twice, or more than twice.... or you can pull it from collections once you have it? I don’t know, haha. I like the idea, it’s worth a couple extra bucks per season to me. I don’t want more bounties in my pursuits tab though.

Genuine question. How would you react to this? What do you think would be a reasonable price for it?
