Initializing... aka can't update the game
Soo I took quite a long break from d2 (2 months) and I've decided to come back for the new raid which just got released.
Whilst trying to update the game it is stuck on "Initializing..." the progress bar is literary 1 pixel away from completing and I've done basically everything apart from re-installing the game itself. Restart PC, Try downloading a different game, Run as administrator, change the language, you name it. Nothing helps.

The game is still downloading and working. The initialize bug just makes it seem as though it is stuck. Find the file where D2 is being downloaded to and you'll see it get bigger and bigger over time while initializing.
