People aren't actually dropping like flies. I know that's what some on this forum like to repeat, over and over, and over. But the weekly/daily numbers are up.
And with more details coming out about the Bungie, Activision split, monthly player numbers were around 6 million in May, which is around just a month ago.
People, like yourself, have a bad pvp experience, or hate cores in infusion, and think their opinions must be majority opinions. So when they quit playing, they assume many others are quitting as well.
It's simply an ego thing. People often assume, I'm an average gamer, so other average gamers must experience games and reality in general, like I do. Which is more often then not, not the case.
And when I say, "ego," I'm not using it in a derogatory manner, just simply one's own perception of their reality.

Sorry facts are facts. There are alot of people who complain about things the need change and are promptly downvoted because for he status quo. Big topic issues usually have 30 if not more people playing about it and about a week later only three are left because bungie ninjas,admins and who have you either delete or move the posts. It has happened dozens of times. If you were ever around ling enough you would know. Why do think Lord of wolves nerf posts are being downvoted or moved. Because people want this game broken for the sake of having fun or some other stupid excuse. So if a full stack is put up against solo players which is a problem those posts are downvoted because if this issue was ever addressed it would make the game fair I stead of it being unbalanced and unfair for a majority of the player base that is solo players. Don't know where you get your ideas from but what I'm saying is fact even if you don't want to believe that it is. I have been around ling enough to know it won't belong before kids of wolves is nerfed into the ground making it useless again. PvE gameplay will continue to suffer because of PvP. Bungie sucks at there job. Ect ect.

Who were you trying to reply to? It clearly couldn't be me, given your time on Bungie.net, compared to mine. Besides, this forum is only a super small slice of the player base. The highest post activity has been around 7000 people. Let's say only half a million play Destiny 2. 7000 out of 500,000 is only 1.4%. And like I said Activision reported losing 6 million players when they and Bungie split. 7,000 out of 6 million, is only 0.12%. You aren't wrong though facts are facts. But a fact isn't a fact, just because you believe it is. You need actual data, and not just your opinion, to call something a fact.
