Leave Lord of Wolves as is
This is the first time Lord of Wolves has been a desirable crucible pick. Just let it be good for once and leave it alone.
Edit: Apparently Lord of Wolves performs significantly differently between Console and PC. While on Console, the gun is powerful but beatable. But while on PC, the gun has much more effective range than on console, making it stronger than was likely intended.

They just need to revert back to the original proc. Having the perk without earning it is the only thing that changed about the lord of wolves. Ie it has always been good... just a lot of players suck with it while trying to earn the kill to proc the perk.
