Error code saxophone, even after all recommeded fixes

I haven't played Destiny in a long time, just bought all the DLC and now I can't even get past the title screen without [b]Error Code Saxophone[/b]. I've scanned, uninstalled and reinstalled, completely reinstalled the launcher, run as admin, yet still no solution. Needless to say, I'm pretty pissed that I sunk more money into a game that now doesn't even run. Any suggestions at all on how to fix this would be much appreciated. Thanks
