I can appreciate the idea but why is it that hunters is only effective against npcs and titans/locks get more healing n shielding when hunters already have 0 of both.
I know it's just quick suggestion ideas but the bias from people is just unreal on d2 zzzz.

Again these abilities aren’t supposed to completely outweigh the use of the base abilities. Meaning in certain situations you’d want to use one and the other for other situations.

These effects I said should be disabled in pvp and it doesn’t fit the hunter class fantasy being able to shield and heal. It would tie into their current class ability effects. Essentially dodging dmg and stealth
