I didn’t even know the weapon wrecked in pvp, but I love it in pve.
Gambit it wrecks mobs and in menagerie it’s great. But OOOOOOOH LAWD it kills faster up close than anything else and it kills supers in PVP so people scream nerf.
Another lesson in nerfs? Once it gets nerfed, something else will be the most powerful and that will be nerfed and our favorite weapons will be useless again. I will always miss Mida and it was nerfed because of posts like I’m seeing for LoW. Facking perfect.

Typical 0 glory 🤫

They just need to revert the perk to how it was pre-patch, then give it more reserves for pve.
-
They can separate the two, they have made adjustments to pve and pvp damage independently many times in the past.
-
It’s fine in PvE but it’s definitely not fine in PvP. It’s on the Vex Mythocast levels of power, it’s NEEDS a change

Sorry, but no. I used the gun in comp last night on Xbox and was deleting people from 20-30m out. Personally I think that the gun should be reworked entirely, but that’s just me. My idea: - 1.) Remove Release the Wolves entirely. It’s like they tried to shoehorn Tresspasser’s exotic perk into a weapon that provided so many opportunities. The new patch was PvE centric and just broke the gun in PvP. This all comes down to the strange perk they put on it. - 2.) Increase PvE Damage by 12% to give it a decent bonus. The gun without the perk is kinda meh in PvE (the bonus damage being the main factor.) - 3.) increase PvP damage to be on par with what it currently is now with the perk active. This would still allow the weapon to function powerfully as long as accuracy is maintained. It would end up dealing 59/crit and 36/body, being able to kill with a single burst if you land 1 headshot, but need to land all 5 bullets. - 4.) Replace the missing perk with this: Devil’s Due: Increases recovery for you and nearby allies after a Kill, repeated hits without missing have a chance to cause lasting DoT. The recovery boost area would be similar to Rat King’s and would Max out the recovery stat for 10 seconds. Allies would only gain +3 recovery. The burn perk would also provide nice utility in PvE and the ability to sometimes reduce the shots to kill in PvP would help the damage seem competitive with Caperone (Basically a more consistent LoW with slightly less lethal Range.)

Bungie is well capable of separating changes between pvp and pve. They just don’t because they’re lazy. Unfortunately LoW will be tuned down and pve is going to suffer for it. That’s on THEM not pvp players. But it’s stupid broken in pvp right now, and anyone who says otherwise either doesn’t know how to abuse it, facing bad players with it, are really bad themselves and taking advantage of it, or are pve only players. @Bungie you really need to separate the changes on this one.

It needs a nerf, at least in some form. The best thing to do would be a complete rework of the weapon. Maybe they could just return it to how it was in Destiny 1.
-
It is beyond broken and people who say anything else just want to use it as a crutch

Editado por Radahn: 6/16/2019 10:01:53 AMThe weapon is beyond exotic rarity.....the ask for a LoW hotfix isnt your typical nerf cry, its one of the few times most of the community bands together to let bungie see this obvious mistake that went through ala prometheus lens.
-
Afraid it's too late. The tears have started, and bungo is grinding their axe.
-
They broke the exotic. A simple range nerf while release the wolves is active would suffice. It’s hat way it wouldn’t change in pve.
-
After LoW I’m calling that Recluse gets nerfed next
-
Or maybe because it was the recent pve nerf was an oversight on bungie’s part in the crucible.
