I had a friend try out destiny the other day, I was trying to get him into it. He played for a bit n soon realized this game is not for him simply because the weapons don't feel right at all. We play Apex Legends together n we all know how nice the guns feel in that game. Just saying, if bungie would do a better job in the gun play department I think this games player base would be a lot bigger.

Not about the guns, its about the sensitivity curve in Destiny. It makes controlling recoil pretty difficult, makes diagonal precision more difficult, and turning speed slower

Bungie has some of the industries best shooting mechanics and gameplay, BUT some idiot along the way decided to attempt to lessen the skill gap. That’s why we had ghost bullets, absurd recoil, and bloom added to the game. To help bad players, have a chance. If you want to see what Bungie is capable of, try the PC version.

One reason I haven't moved to PC is because I already have an account over here on Xbox. Leaving behind everything I've earned, Raid gear, pinnacle weapons, emblems, seasonal weapons and gear, exotics, my characters and everything else associated with my profile in exchange for removing bloom, lowering recoil values, and everything else PC has just felt like a bad deal for me.

Cross save will help you leave then. Should be available in a few months.

That runs into my second reason for staying. I've already purchased the DLCs for console. So if I were to "cross save my character" I'd still have to re-purchase content for the PC that I've already purchased on console. In the end, I'd have to spend up to $200 for content I already have. Definately a better deal than the first, but still not good enough to convince a full blown move.

Not saying I won't try PC Destiny, I mean the base two years are being offered for free shortly after Shadow Keep's release from what I remember. But you will be surprised how cut-throat some PC players are when it comes to balance changes for console. [i]Recommends recoil on console to be brought in line with PC[/i] Next thing you know, PC a-holes come around and tell people to shut up and move [i]Asks why you should leave everything about your profile behind to change platforms[/i] Next thing you know, PC a-holes come and blame you for getting the game on the "Wrong Platform", Then they proceed to give a vague, half @**ed reason why PC should remain better. [i]Explains why PC and Console should be brought in line with each other.[/i] Next thing you know, PC a-holes come and just rant on and on about how better they are. Even though what they are saying makes about as much sense as saying a student with a paperback text book should struggle in school more than someone who purchased a hardback cover of the same text book. I remember back when the community wasn't so toxic...
