Seriously. Quit it already. Fix something for once.
-
The other day I loaded into a game and 10 seconds later, we lost. They're loading us into matches other people quit because they know they're gonna lose.
-
Just /dance bro. It's free time to grab a snack, pee, etc. We used to do it all the time in D1. It was really cool when the whole lobby would join in.
-
And....over the last couple of days I knocked out 25 “Rumble” matches for the Redrix quest. ALL 25 lobbies were “broken up” at games end as a result of poor matchmaking. The thing that blew me away is that those matches didn’t seem all that unbalanced. I honestly don’t think that Bungie has an experienced PvP development team, but are instead just letting the PvE team experiment with PvP in general.
-
It really makes the milestones go by faster though
-
The pool to chose players from is getting smaller and smaller.
-
Honestly, i just leave now before i even fly in if i see i'm joining a match in progress. It wouldn't be so bad if you were given the amount of super energy you would have accrued for being in the match from the start, but joining when the entire enemy team has supers and you have nothing to defend yourself with is not something i'm prepared to do.
-
IMO the fact that the LARGE majority of D2 PvP games are massive blowouts makes it almost impossible to avoid being dropped into one. D2 is easily the most unbalanced PvP experience that I’ve ever seen.
-
They need to make it optional to join into a match in progress, or put in stat and match loss protection for those that join into a losing game.
-
Bungie needs a mercy rule that actually works. One that'll promptly ends a match when it actually gets out of hand instead of how it currently works......which is almost never. That way a match doesn't drag out and feel the need to fill empty spots when the losing team is down 50, 60, 70 points.
-
Simple solution: don't play Quickplay :) I've only played rumble and comp the last 2 seasons and it's much more fun
-
This happens every goddamn match I play so I just leave. I seriously give zero f--ks on how I look as a player. Hell, some matches I don't even get to land because the team I joined got mercied and the ones I do I end up getting supered as I spawn in. Bungie has no idea how to balance games, I mean... Whatever happened to that thing that was supposed to not have us play the same maps multiple times in a row?
-
The only time I ever won a match that I joined, losing with a 50+ lead, was during the revelry. Dust rock, Gemini jesters, and invisibility dodge was a hell of a combination when that class regeneration tonic was active.
-
Stop leaving matches early. Problem solved.
-
I came into a match that lost not long ago and it ended while I was still loading. Score was something like 57-150.
-
Your experience is better than mine today. 40% of my competitive games have started shorthanded.
-
I've had the day off and I've been working on Mountaintop. I've queued into so many matches today as backfill. I've also been seeing the same sweaty tryhards in QP playing like they're in it for tournament money. To make matters worse, they're very obviously not using factory controllers. Can't say I blame people for not playing. If I had a better FPS that WASN'T a god forsaken Battle Royale or Overnerf I wouldn't be touching D2 either.
-
Happens too often because matchmaking is initially terrible and people leave
-
I have thought of this issue before and it always sucks loading into an in progress mission. But, it also sucks when you are in the mission and living through the 4v3 or even 4v2. I was thinking perhaps they could implement a sort of penalty box type thing where if one team lost a member, the other team would have a random person put in the box until that other slot was filled. That way games would still sit at 3v3 or 2v2 etc. until completion or people joined back in. Just a thought, might help relieve some of the frustration of lopsided matches.
-
I am waiting for a mayhem week to do my last 35 % for the thor. Then i quit pvp until some form of ranked playlist exists or sbmm is back . I dont want to get put into matches with players way out of my league and my team are ten thumbed monkeys

Editado por Gonchin: 5/28/2019 12:58:43 AMLast night I was playing a couple games. It was all going great until around the stroke of midnight. Suddenly, the match quality took a turn for the worse. 3 blowouts in a row, 2 mercy rules. The queue would get to 12/12, hang, then drop a few players and start again. Then I was thrown into a match all solos vs a 5 stack. Mercy ruled very quickly by the sweats. My next match I was put into a game in progress - 4 stack vs solos, mercy ruled less than a minute after. You can be sure both matches started at about the same time. If they are all in the same queue, at almost the same time, any logical thinking would have you put the sweaty 5 stack against the sweaty 4 stack (with 3 fills), right? Instead, we had 9 "happy" (termed used loosely) sweaties, and 15 solos who would have prefered something else. I know, I know - people don't want to try hard in a casual game mode. Yet, what is the common loadout of the "I don't want to try hard" stacks? Yep, the most tryhard mountaintop/recluse or DRB/NF. Their words don't match the actions of every stack I meet.
-
At least D2 does have some consistency. In this case, that the matchmaking has been abysmal since it launched.
-
If I need light level and my milestone completes mid match I’m out.
-
Solution for Bungie: 1. Do not allow 3 or 4 stacks fight solo's 2. Do not start the game until the queue is full 3. Do not join new players during the game 4. Let the players who left the game (for example, by the error code) allow the return to join the game - the screen with the decision "YES / NO". 5. Ten times choosing NO - Treat as rage quiting - 1 week BAN for PVP activity 6. Repeat
-
Is it me or was this past weekend especially terrible? rubber banding players, matches started while I am still loading in, Dejavu, were the same player runs aross the screen, then, again, and again? it was horrendous.
-
Yes, i stopped caring about elo, win streaks, all that statistic shit. Any warmind or forsaken map that isnt clash i leave, any match where all the best players are purposely put on the same team, i leave, join in progress, cya later, not forgotten stacks, bye bye.
-
The reason is because there's not enough players globally for matchmaking to work correctly. When you load into matches already half over it's because there were literally no players in the entire world at that time to match you against. This will only get worse as the destiny community continues to evaporate. The only viable time to get decent match making is weekends when the 14 and under crowd are out of school.
