I am totally chapped right now. Like what the hell am I supposed to think anymore? Bungie didn't even say anything about the horrible feedback they've received or the fact that there's buffs and reworks that are desperately needed for underused exotics. Please for the love of god Bungie, in the next TWAB there has to be buffs or you'll find an already extremely frustrated community awaiting you. I don't want to hate Bungie or Destiny 2 but it's hard to find any motivation to play if there's no good news. I know there's gonna be quality of life changes for the microtransactions but that's not enough to bring me back if you shove me out. C'mon Bungie.
Edit:
The TWAB after this one will talk of buffs and such. However I still am sceptical and don't think they'll get it right.
-
What you talkin' bout Willace? Half the TWAB was about buffs...to Eververse!
-
Honestly bungie should have leaked a few buffs when they dropped the bomb of letting everyone know that they were nerfing all super regains exotics this would've made swallowing that pill easier
-
They pushed the buffs talk to the next TWAB, which I think we can all agree is a bad move. Nobody's making intelligent PR decisions. Opening the conversation about Opulence with "Hey everything you use is too strong and getting nerfed" isn't how you go about it. A better way to kick off that topic would be to say something along the lines of: " We're looking into adjusting the sandbox. Some things are peaks on the power scale, but there are definite valleys, and we'd like to smooth some of that out. Going forward, items we're considering adjusting up include: (List) Items that have been overperforming, and are on the list to tune down are: (List) " Instead, they chose to give us a chunk of vague nerfs, followed by a week of silence, waiting to hear the rest, only to get "Hey we're making our microtransactions prettier here's a couple sentences about the World's First race." We'll have to wait another week to see anything that gives us some hope for the season. If they don't do some serious adjustments to the vast sea of unused gear, we'll be using the same super regen exotics as always, they just won't be as effective.
-
They're like, "we're nerfing your favorite stuff, and we know you're angry about it. But, you should throw more money at the screen!"

Editado por Dark Raven 2501: 5/24/2019 8:02:03 PMBungie is acting like trump all the feedback is fake news😏 Edit: this is for the idiots that can’t think ..... I using this idiot as a comparison which has nothing to do with politics

Whoever is in charge of Bungie's PR is not good at their job, plain and simple.
-
Nonsense, they buffed the heck out of the Eververse store. #TopTierBuffs

You don't think they will get it right? Is that to assume you know how to do it right? That will sound more dickish than it is intended to however I have seen that no change will please everyone. The whisper SHOULD NOT have ever been allowed to have infinite ammo period. The gun gas enough ammo to do real damage and people talk about lunabooties and rally barricade but miss that the minor bonus is that white nail means not needing to rely on having a titan or a lock with those boots. The benefit that offers is minor yeah but it does exist. The armor exotics are fun but offer to much reward and asking too little to get that reward. What's more shards might have gotten hit hard but that can be addressed later. Direskull and the others will still be good and people will still use them. People who bring up the "bad" exotics and how bungie should have just buffed them... Yeah buff them however the direskull and whisper all them needed to be reigned in regardless of other exotics potency. There is overreacting and outrage for outrage's sake that spawns from knee jerk reactions and lack of nuance imo. People heard nerf and immediately began to post about leaving the game...again and bungie is greedy for not giving me everything for free and nerfing fun. The fact is things like whisper made content trivial and trivial content devalues the exp and the reward by proxy. When you got vex pre cheese on d1 it was awesome powerful desirable. When the cheese was found the content became trivial and the weapon became to common bungie had to weaken it. The good items must be difficult to justify them being very powerful. If a weapon is rare it can be powerful because it isn't coming enough to disrupt the games balance. In short whisper was too powerful due to infinite ammo and was to common thus disrupting balance hence need this applies to basically all nerfs in destiny. The game will be fine if your not happy with it be constructive and responsible with the loadouts you use and deem mandatory as that is what WILL get them nerfed.

I heard they are buffing shoulder charge

But we get some sweet loot at eververse that they want us to spend money on to fund them since their pocketbook left.
-
You really expect anything at this point
-
No referring to anything about community outrage on nerfs or anything to offset them
-
You make some valid points Craftyboss1 and i agree that eververse must be removed from this game but, Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold
-
Naw. Eververse got a buff and that is the most important one.
-
Actually today’s TWAB did talk about Buff’s. Look at all the ways Eververse is getting “Buffed” 😉

Editado por ELRaSun: 5/24/2019 8:19:27 PMBased on the fact that the last TWAB said that those weren’t all the changes (nerfs) just the most important ones, together with the nerf to the how much power helps you for the raid (first 24 hours?) — it seems the trend is to nerf everything down towards where the middle and mediocre guns and armor are, rather than bringing them up. But, we shall see. The majority of exotic weapons and armor are still tuned for D2 Vanilla, where they played niche rolls... so, the type of changes this game needs to the gear is pretty massive. I doubt they’re gonna sit and redesign each one (which is what needs to be done). If by some chance there are great buffs coming, we’ll probably hear about it right before or right when the new content drops. Basic psychology... get the bad news out front, give it time to subside a bit, and then come with some good news to make you forget most of the bad news.
-
Their game is dying so they are trying d1 formula nerf everything buff nothing
-
It is confirmed that next weeks TWAB will have info on buffs. It was on Twitter.
-
It's an insult to us as their community. They announce all these nerfs, we unanimously say that it's a bad idea, they don't address our frustration at all, and they won't even tell us about any buffs coming. How can they expect us to stay loyal to them, if they won't even have an actual conversation with us?
-
Editado por TheShadow-cali: 5/24/2019 12:32:40 AMThis is nothing personal, not trying to be rude or anything like that, but if you have played Destiny since D2 released and have used the forum? There is no reason for anyone to not know this is the norm with this company and has been since D1. They already knew they were going to get the backlash, that's why you got the Outbreak prime quest first, lol.
-
They don't need to buff anything. It's all fine.If anything more hunter-based nerfs should come out. Or take sliding away, since it's so broken. Or do we really NEED to be able to jump so far and so often? We should probably take sparrows out of the game, too, they're getting a little over powered.
-
So when they‘re about to talk about buffs, it gets put down because of the ‘I don’t think it’ll go well’. They did splendidly with the exotic weapon buffs in Season 3. They’ve brought down several favourite exotics, so they’re going to have to bring up the rest to make new viable loadouts.
-
I'm hoping tether gets a buff....its bad.
-
I made a post about this that got shot down. I said nerfs are fine blah blah, but what about addressing the shite stuff? Where are the buffs across the board for titan and warlock exotics that never get touched ?

Awww diddums
