Swap the well and banner shield damage buff and problem mostly fixed. Well shouldn't give a bigger buff since all can still dps.

    Don’t touch the well! This is how I see it, banner shield was a cool idea but let look at it. One person gives up dps and has to stand there while all the other members of the fire team shoot through the wall, and they only get the damage buff if the bullets go through the wall (this was a poorly thought out idea . (why it should not have a bigger damage buff than well of radiance) a titan also has the option to clear adds with his super. He can ether hold the shield and walk through adds clearing them with the void explosions that happen or he can throw the shield. It’s not just a dps support super it’s an ad clearing super as well. Now well of radiance is not an add clearing super. It is a dps super. Now the mid tree on sentinel titan needs to be reworked, honestly they should have just taken away the ability to use sentinel or the top tree and rebuilt the tree around ward of dawn and put weapons of light back on it. Then have done something different with the mid tree

  • You obviously didn't comprehend what I said. I said swap the buffs. Meaning banner would be 35% instead of 25% which would in fact make it better.

  • You obviously dont understand that wouldnt change anything i want you to show one boss in the game currently that doesnt instantly melt. Damage wont fix it it needs an utility. 150% with instant reloads and crazy survivability vs 175%??? See the issue? Also wells 25% in everything but raids would still beat banner as 25x3 is 75% vs banners 60% and also once again no utility

  • Hm. 35% added onto 5 players. That's 175% bonus damage. 6 players with 25%. That's 150%. Why not have banner do 30% and rift for 25%? Then both are equally good.

Then both are equally good.[/quote] I'd be for that too, but as you can see from other posts, no matter what they do as long as the Titan isn't able to shoot people are going to hate on it. I dodn't bother posting the numbers you did because I know that as long as the titan is just standing there holding guard people will see it as useless no matter the numbers and the numbers you presented shows that simply swapping the buffs the 2 give would in fact make Banner better. As someone who was an avid melting point user i don't even use that much anymore. i'm not sure if i missed something in patch notes somewhere along the line or if there was some secret change, which they seem to do alot, but it used to be if I was in motion to melee and the boss stomped I wasn't effected, now i seem to go flying even if i melee at the sametime(which was always safe before). I have pretty much quit Titan as my main because it is so lack luster now and depending on the mofifier of the day I won'y even touch The Reckoning on my Titan because it is pretty much useless in alot of the mofifiers as far as I'm concerned. Last week with solar singe and prism If I popped hammers on say arc i couldn't hardly kill anything other than shadow thralls and might as well be throwing nerf hammers while a Nova bomb would still absolutely destroy everything in it's path even when it was arc or solar and supposedly getting a damage reduction. The only way I have felt beneficial at all on my titan is if I use skullfort with the bottom tree so I can always smack a thrall and have frontal assault almost nonstop for a 30% damage bonus, unless it's blackout then i simply don't go in on my Titan that day. Of all the bugs and broken things in this game what has me upset the most is the current state of my favorite class, Titan. The requirement for enhancement cores for infusing is a a close second, but since I have enough armor sets with my preferred perks on them it doesn't effect me as much as my Titan just feeling useless in most things. I could make a whole list of things that i son't like, but none of them really make me feel like not playing. BUT FEELING LIKE DEAD WEIGHT AS A TITAN REALLY TAKES THE WIND OUT OF MY SAIL.

  • So right now Ursa gives back 75 on each completely successful shield block. Even if it drops to 60%, everything is gonna drop to 60%. Parity.

  • I've gotten back my full super quite a few times helping in the thorn strike, the only place that it is more beneficial over well from my experience because of blackout and mobs of thralls. It seems to be dependent on how many people you actually have make use of the shield. If It's just me alone i might get 25% back. Ifvthe whole team is behind it and I'm actually blocking damage i puke orbs and will have full super after without orbs. Well and Phoenix doesnt require anyone but the warlock to be actually using well and the kills and assists replenish are counted the same as if all were in it
