Negative. Everytime we get something powerful people complain and than bungie has to tear the whole game down because of it. We asked for powerful stuff and than complained so expect to be limited and micromanaged now because thats what true balance is when compared to power fantasy which throws balance out the window.

Thats stupid and will serve no purpose. Exotics could be implemented without limits but the casual community does not know how to behave when met with power so ot better to keep everything the same so they can understand the truth the run from. They nerfed everything because casuals cried about not getting world's first and the nerfs actually hurt casuals alot more than it does hardcore.

I think historically the bulk of nerfs have arisen from balancing issues in PvP. I don't think many have complained about items being too good in PvE but rather bemoan the amount of exotics which are not as good in PvE. From Bungie's own statements I understand and agree that singular items being too good can warp encounters and their ability to deliver challenge. That said I believe that most exotic armor at least does not create this conflict in PvE. Hence my suggestion.

Nobody is going to complain about pve. Why would anybody complain about pve especially if they are a solo player? These nerfs are strictly pve with only ace being pvp yet rather than blame each other the pve'rs blame pvp and bungie. Primary reason i take what the say with a grain of salt. Till the very end its pvp fault for stuff strictly being broke in pve.

I think players will complain about PvE if their choices of weapons and armor feel non-impactful in their perception of power level. My fear is that PvE will regress to D2 launch standards which is an absolute low point for the Destiny franchise in terms of player sentiment.

I head that the cabal,fallen,vex,scorn,hive and taken have gotten together and petitioned Bungie to nerf some exotics. Apparently walkers and morgeth were strongly asking for a whisper nerf. All the taken on the reckoning bridge were crying about skull/rigs and phoenix. Meanwhile a couple of dregs insisted that ursa and shards need toned down as well, you know, for balance. Thats all I know about it.

Bingo. Now you understand the truth of the matter. The -blam!- division between pve and pvp is beyond my comprehension and the alienation of casuals and average players is due to bungie's inability to create content. The dlc are similar to halo map packs which were pathetic for the pricetag they had. D2 is going backwards and it is an attempt to give casuals a chance but it isn't helping them at all. World's first will not be obtainable if they implement the changes because a casual is not goimg to be able to number crunch the same as a hardcore last i check i sucked at math beyond a 6th grade level not to mention U.S education is a joke.
