I was already having issues with the armor perks being unchangeable no matter what I do. I decided to delete the app and download it again. I went to my armor to change it. I get a prompt to approve the use of something, but it presents itself BEHIND the window that's showing the change in perks. So I have to cancel my processing request to change the perk to approve the plug in, so I'm in a loop where I am perpetually approving a plug in for an action that I have to cancel to approve use of the plug in in the first place. Argh.
