So I joined someones party on PSN, I said hi, they proceeded to insult me and make fun of my voice (I can't help it, its kinda high pitched apparently, and then I got booted.). That really pissed me off, so I messaged him here, called him a dick, and informed him he was blocked. I then got a restriction from messaging here (which I totally deserved, to be clear), but there is no timeframe on it. Does this mean I'm permanently restricted?
