You only have 1 character so you like i said you limited your progression significantly. Since you are 660ish if you had 3 charecters you would have been 680. I can tell you skipped iron banner which is a great way to catch up if you have a strong resolve.

All mine were litteraly 7 above what i used to be now I'm 700 wearing a full set. You either got all weapons which wouldn't help if you need armor or all armor when you needed weapons either way its impossible to get 1 or 2 above when its guranteed 4-8.

I just equipped the arms n chest. I deleted the guns cz I'd never use them, got 2 scouts, 2 arms, 2 legs, 1 chest n 1 helm. I deleted the helm n legs cz bad rolls.

I have a few 663 items n I'm 659 overall, something like that, and all my drops were 658 or 659, I opened them about 2 hours ago because I needed space. I even did shattered throne and got all 559 stuff, not 1 drop helped me. I was going to keep the bounties until I'd done all the weekly stuff, then open them and use them to save infusing, but I had no space. I'll equip anything I kept now, you can check

First off shatted throne has nothing to do with powerful gear at all.Second it is litteraly impossible to do everything and only get +1 unless you were a dingus(hopefully not) and did all the hard stuff first and then the easy crap last. Even if you were a new player powerful gear coupled with the ironbanner bounties and the countless prime engrams would have push you to 670 and 680 if you are efficient.

DMG literally posted I think in last week's twab, or maybe on twitter, the bounties have been revamped and made easier but also only reward +1 stuff. Not even joking.

Its kinds hard for someone struggling to even match my lowest character out of three to discredit or even speak to me about efficiency when it clearly shows otherwise. Leveling in this game is incredibly easy the only thing is you can't do is fastrack by having 3 of the same class anymore or else you are screwed. Seeing how you only have 2 and i can tell you play only one you wouldn't even be able to break 670 with that kinda progress and that due to all the silly actions i stated. Doing weak stuff last and hard stuff first.

First off, I deleted 3 700s a week ago, got bored, I didn't keep anything. Secondly, when I said I wasn't sure, I meant I wasn't sure if he said it in the twab or on twitter, he tweets a LOT. I believe I heard it in a Houndish video and that's why I wasn't shocked, I did them for the tokens not the power. I know how to level, I've deleted 80+ max level characters on my main account and maybe 10 on this account. You didn't get +8s or +4s because he literally said it's coded into the new bounties to only give +1

I get frustrated with the game and Bungies incompetence, I have done for years. I delete everything n vow to never play again, then realise there's no other games I enjoy so come back. It's part of my routine I guess, a hard habit to kick

Well i guess thats why but everything I stated i have done and it works. The only flaw is like i stated what if you get armor when you need weapons or vice versa or even worse all your powerful gear are either all frickin edge transits or play of the games. If you had a 700 than my recommendations are useless for you because you know how to level and if you have a score of 60000,than what could a pleb 34000 offer to you?

Most of the triumphs are just a time investment, you'll be amazed at how quickly it goes up when you look what you're missing ;) you'll hit 50k easily

Yea i know I just mess around too much in crucible. At the end of the day leveling is just so i can complete the light sensitive quests we have. Crucible is both a stresser and stress reliever but i can't tell you how many times this game caught hard install and then redownload. Honestly if my internet was crap it would have stayed uninstalled.
