Saxophone?

Hi there, Bungie peeps and D2 players. Last November, I took the opportunity to grab the Destiny 2 base game during the free giveaway. I downloaded the game, but never actually played it. Uninstalled later, but now have talked a buddy into maybe giving it a go with me. I have redownloaded it, and just now fired it up, ready to go and hopefully get pulled into the long term game we are currently looking for (maybe even grab some DLC!). But...no. Saxophone? I've read through the likely causes of this error, but don't feel any of them really fit my circumstances. Is anyone able to shed any light on this? Cheers and thanks in advance for any help.
