Faction Rally Catalysts Bungie!!
When are we able to acquire them? Are they ever coming back? It been 2 whole seasons bungo!

I honestly hate faction rallies because of the way they're set up. Imo. >one account, one faction. >only the winning team gets the winning prize. None of this crap where the losers have the option to purchase it. I absolutely hate the participation trophy mentality.
