In order to have the shader, you would have had to break down a piece of equipment that would have given you the shader unfortunately. Just completing the raid and having items with the shader on it will not give it to you.

Actually, You can acquire the shader [b]itself[/b] from opening an encounter-chest at the end of each... encounter during the raid in Normal mode. I got my 1st one just from opening the [i]castellum[/i] chest. But it also can drop from the [i]sat the gauntlet[/i] chest, the [i]baths[/i] chest or the [i]pleasure gardens[/i] chest.

This is true but that was not his problem. HIs problem was he/she did not understand why they had items with the shader but did not have the shader unlocked.

Well, that explains it. I can't recall ever dismantling a piece of the gear, so...guess I just gotta do another run again, lol
