THIS IS INSANE![/quote] BANS are permanent RESTRICTIONS are 2weeks+ In-game SUSPENSIONS are only 30-60mins They WILL NOT lessen or remove any punishment issued for any reason If they see fit they can extend the restriction or make it a full on ban if you don't fix your connection STABILITY They don't care you were told a reason Either live with it or leave
