Thats not a bug, just shit luck. you completed the step in a new season, so it isnt tracking your 5 resets from last season. If you had completed the bounty portion before the new season, youd be set

I mean.. I'm pretty sure most of us do have life. But honestly, I do agree that if you completed specific step before reset, it should stick instead of forcing you to do it again.
