After finally collecting the Borealis exotic Sniper after a ascendant challenge I was happy to finally have completed the 'Exotics - Red War' collection badge. Only to see it didn't refresh. I tried switching charakters, closing and relaunching the game and shutting down the console. A quick response whether this is a common mistake or not would be highly appreciated.
