I recently completed the Forsaken campaign with a friend of mine (every quest together, neither of us ahead of the other) and I know you're supposed to get Cayde's ship and an ornament for Ace of Spades from Amanda in the tower, but I've got nothing and my friend has received them. I've tried restarting my game, logging in and out of Battle.net, and things like that but I just don't have the items that I'm supposed to. Am I perhaps missing something? As I mentioned before, my friend and I did that campaign together so I don't understand why he's got the items and I haven't
