Apparently, there is a full piece of art out already from somewhere showing the Exo in BA holding a rifle, pictured here. There's a spike on the rifle butt. Is this a gun designed for nobody to actually use?

A possibility of harming the wielder...hmm touch of malice-esque. Side note. The spike resembles an arrow head, does it not?

1 RespuestaEditado por Solis Argentum: 11/22/2018 10:41:41 PMThey really do look like swords. Would not be surprised if something similar made its way into the game and was named after a famous sword from mythology, eg. Caladbolg, Excalibur. Or going by Bungie video game history I would not be surprised if it were named as Durandal Or perhaps considering its the Black armoury, there's probably Black Weapons all classified after the Mythical Swords of Human folklore. I do think Durandal would be Bungos favourite though because Marathon.

That's a pretty nice looking sword... I mean gun Although on the note to your actual comment I don't think that spike is in an actual position to effect it bring used it's low enough it would be under your armpit but with the way it's positioned when you hold it it won't be an issue. But I do have to admit it's kind of a rediculos design feature

1 RespuestaThat spike is below the press of the stock, so the user wouldn't have it up against them and wouldn't have to worry about stabbing themselves because of recoil.
-
1 RespuestaThats not too bad. Whats more out of place is thumbhole stocks on scout rifles. Thats more of a sniper rifle feature.

Editado por Atypical Typo: 11/22/2018 11:07:29 PMUnpractical floof, I'd rather not have it there since in increases odds of stabbing yourself with it lol.

5 RespuestasEditado por H1vac: 11/22/2018 7:57:46 PMBreak it off. Also, we wear armor.

5 RespuestasNope, only designed for Exos. They don't feel pain, so if a foolish human came along and used the gun they would puncture their side after firing a shot.
I mean, that's my best guess.
2 RespuestasEditado por Mara Sov’s Step Bro: 11/20/2018 2:37:30 PMIts a skull splitter. Swords used to have them on the pommel . So you can mash them with the stock. It would rest under the armpit I dont think it would interfere

3 RespuestasKinda looks like a sword as well
